About The Role

We’re seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Feross Aboukhadijeh. In this role, you’ll be a force multiplier — helping Feross stay focused on scaling a company that’s transforming how organizations secure their software supply chains. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining priorities, removing obstacles, and creating space for Feross to advance the business.

This role is remote and requires residency in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel as needed.

What You’ll Do

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar, communications, and daily operations.
  2. Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones with internal teams, investors, customers, and partners.
  3. Build trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Arrange domestic and international business travel, including detailed itineraries and documentation.
  5. Coordinate board meetings, executive sessions, and all-hands events with full logistics support.
  6. Track strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  7. Facilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders, including investors, board members, and the executive team.
  8. Assist with occasional personal tasks and logistics to help the CEO stay organized, including coordinating personal appointments, travel, and key communications.
  9. Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to keep high-priority initiatives moving.
  10. Support corporate events, conferences, and speaking engagements from conception to execution.

What You’ll Bring

  1. 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite executives for at least 2 years in the SaaS/technology industry.
  2. Proven experience with complex calendar management and stakeholder coordination.
  3. Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and handle changing priorities.
  5. A proactive attitude — you identify problems early, make decisions, and act without waiting for instructions.
  6. Highly organized, resourceful, and always thinking ahead to keep priorities on track.
