Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Regulatory Compliance - Chief Quality & Equity Officer and the Quality, Infection Prevention and Safety team. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, take meeting minutes, and serve as a liaison with hospital departments.

The role includes regulatory survey support, travel planning, purchasing, timecard coordination, and room reservations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of administrative support to a Senior Executive.
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience a plus.
• Office setting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex calendars and coordinates executive-level meetings.
• Prepares agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Liaises between the Senior Executive and hospital departments.
• Assists with regulatory surveys and travel arrangements.
• Compiles purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintains Kronos timecard coordination and attendance records.
