Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted PA license in New Jersey.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years as PA in hospital/clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and day-to-day leadership of the PA team.
• Manage PA staffing, schedules, coverage, and workflow for patient care.
• Monitor PA performance, attendance, and policy adherence.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of PAs.
• Coordinate credentialing, licensure, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in budgeting, supply management, and departmental reporting.
• Represent the PA team in committees and liaison with hospital leadership.
