Lighthouse Credit Union in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to Senior Management to provide high‑impact administrative, operational, and strategic support to six Executive Vice Presidents and secondary support to the CEO and Board of Directors.

The Senior Executive Assistant to Senior Management operates at a senior professional level, providing high‑impact administrative, operational, and strategic support to six Executive Vice Presidents and secondary support to the CEO and Board of Directors. This role requires independent decision‑making, advanced organizational judgement, and the ability to influence and coordinate at the highest level of the credit union. The Executive Assistant to Senior management will use discretion, judgement, confidentiality and knowledge of the organization to facilitate Senior Executive activities as well as support organizational objectives.
The working arrangement for this position is a minimum of 4 days in person. Hybrid work can be an opportunity to find the right balance between working in the office and remotely, especially if it supports individual success and the needs of our organization. Hybrid schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business unit needs and may vary by department.
Travel will be required for ongoing training, meetings and/or other business needs.
