Panorama Mortgage Group Llc is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President for Wholesale Mortgage in Las Vegas. You will manage the President’s calendar, coordinate travel and hosted events, and support the Wholesale sales team across multiple departments to ensure timely, accurate execution of engagements.

The role requires exceptional organization, proactive follow-through, and confidentiality, with 3+ years in executive support or sales coordination in mortgage or financial services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive assistant, sales coordination, or related high-accountability admin experience.
• Experience in mortgage, banking, real estate, or financial services preferred; Wholesale mortgage a plus.
• Strong organizational, proactive follow-through, and sound judgment.
• Hybrid Las Vegas office environment with in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the President's calendar and meeting flow with clear purposes and prep.
• Coordinate travel, conferences, lodging, and logistics for the President and team.
• Plan and coordinate Wholesale-hosted events from concept to completion.
• Provide admin and sales coordination across departments.
• Perform other duties consistent with position.
