About Aroris

"The healthcare system is broken" —we'veall heard this a million times. Here'sthe critical piece that is broken (that youmaybe didn'tknow): insurance companies haveleverage, and they use it, systematically squeezing providers to the pointwherestaying afloat becomes the focus over patient care. That'sthe gapArorisexists to close. We put the power back where it belongs, in the hands of the people actually delivering care.

We do that through Aroris360, our platform that combines deep payerexpertise, AI-driven analytics, and live claimsmonitoringto find underpayments, negotiate better contracts, and hold payers accountable, continuously. We serve private healthcare practices across the country. We find the money, we help get it, and we ensure it continues to come in.

We’re growing fast and building with intention. That means the culture hereisn’t accidental, it’s a deliberate decision we make every day through four core values:

Joyful. We bring genuine energy and care to our work. Not forced enthusiasm, real investment in each other and in the mission.

Team Player.Collaboration overego, always. The win belongs toeveryone,or itdoesn’tcount.

Driven. We sethigh expectationsfor ourselves and pursue them with urgency. Good enoughisn’tin our vocabulary.

Relentless.Wedon’tstop until the work is done and done well. Full stop.

Our core valuesaren’thanging up on the wall. They show up in how we hire, how we give feedback, how we recognize each other, and how we make decisions under pressure. We celebrate people who exemplify them. Ifyou’relooking for a company that means what it says about culture, this is the one.

Role overview

The Executive Assistant is a trusted right hand to both the President, and CEO and is a key contributor to the smooth operation of Aroris Health’s EOS-based leadership rhythm. This role blends traditional executive support: calendar, travel, correspondence, and gatekeeping with hands-on ownership of the administrative infrastructure that keeps our Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, and Scorecard running on time and on track. The ideal candidate is discreet, anticipatory, highly organized, and energized by structure and process.

  • Serve as the point of contact on behalf of the President and CEO for scheduling, materials, and follow-up, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.
