Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting C-suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage executives' schedules and priorities with sharp judgment.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics.
• Be the main contact between executives, teams, investors and partners.
• Represent executives in meetings with professionalism and clarity.
• Draft communications in their voice to a high standard.
• Prepare briefings, documents and presentations for meetings.
• Drive projects across the company and follow through to completion.
• Manage expenses, offsites, events, hosting of guests and candidates.
• Handle highly sensitive information with discretion.
