This is a rare one.

Our client is one of the youngest founders we have ever represented.

He has already built an impressive business and earned a remarkable reputation at a young age. This search isn't about finding someone to "get there." It's about finding the operational partner who will help him build on what has already been achieved.

He has built and is running a private financial platform operating at the intersection of banking infrastructure, private markets and financial technology. The business spans sophisticated financial products, private company transactions and strategic relationships with founders, investors and institutions across multiple jurisdictions. This is not consumer fintech. It is complex financial infrastructure operating quietly behind the scenes - the kind most people never see, but on which sophisticated transactions depend.

Having grown up in Silicon Valley, he is now firmly based in New York, where he has deliberately chosen to build both his company and the next chapter of his career.

His achievements are impressive. His character is what convinced us to represent him. We accepted this assignment without hesitation.

He is intellectually fearless, deeply curious and unusually self-aware. He has an innate sense of justice and has already built a reputation for standing behind his convictions - even when doing so carries personal or commercial risk. Strategic support has, until now, been handled within the family. With that person relocating abroad, the time has come to build dedicated Executive Assistant support around him for the first time.

He moves quickly, thinks strategically and is looking to build a genuine long-term partnership with the right Executive Assistant.

He does not have the time, nor should he have, to teach someone the fundamentals of exceptional Executive Assistant support. You arrive already knowing what world-class looks like.

Your greatest contribution won't be managing his calendar. It'll be building the operational rhythm that allows him to perform at his very best.

You bring structure he doesn't yet know he needs.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

This is not a role where tasks are handed to you.

You will build, organise and quietly run the operational infrastructure around a founder whose world moves quickly and changes constantly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full command of an exceptionally fluid schedule - last-minute travel, same-day changes and the judgement to know what genuinely requires his attention.
• Absolute follow-through across live projects, conversations and commitments. Nothing falls through the cracks. No promised response goes unanswered. Every detail reaches the finish line.
• Coordination with US and international advisers, banks, legal counsel and counterparties across recurring corporate, financial and investment matters.
• Personal administration alongside the professional - including residency matters, trust structures and family office-related responsibilities as they arise.
• Designing and continuously improving the systems, processes and operating rhythm that allow him to work at his very best.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

To ensure the right fit for both parties, applications that do not meet all of the following criteria will not be considered.

• You have held the title of Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff as your primary role. Supporting a principal must have been your primary responsibility, not one element of a broader position.
• You have worked directly for a Founder. You understand the difference between supporting an executive within an established organisation and supporting the individual responsible for building it.
• You supported a Founder during the first five years of building a successful venture.
• You understand the pace, ambiguity and constant evolution that come with building something from the ground up.
• You are based in New York City and have built your Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff career there. This search is not open to relocation candidates.
• Your resume reflects long-term, trusted partnerships with your principals. You have chosen to build lasting relationships rather than a succession of short appointments.

COMPENSATION

$200,000 base salary plus health benefits.
