Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support or Amazon experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings.
• Management of domestic and international travel.
• Management of procurement and expenses.
• Management of key team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering).
• Drive and track completion of key deliverables and action items.
