  • Leadership Presence: Confidently manage up—holding executives accountable, flagging workload concerns, and proactively adjusting priorities.
  • Energy & Enthusiasm: Bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset that aligns with company values and leadership style.

5. Future-Focused & Growth-Oriented

  • Scalability & Adaptability: Ability to grow with the role, taking on expanded responsibilities as the company evolves.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Long-Term Partnership: Support executives not just in daily tasks but in achieving long-term strategic goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not always required.

  • Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
