$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

THE GIST:

Our client, a hyper-growth software start up, seeks an expert Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support one of their co-founders. This role will streamline the executive's day to day with an operations-minded approach and an understanding of the pace of a startup. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a c-level executive or founder in tech and/or venture capital.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Expertly prioritize executive's time, manage calendar, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts
  • Respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalism
  • Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
  • Assist with personal needs (pick up dry cleaning, purchase birthday gifts, book personal appointments & reservations, etc.)
  • Plan company events, offsites, and meetings
  • Attend meetings and calls to ensure execution of action-items & follow ups
  • Process expenses
  • Assist with various tasks and projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting a c-level executive in tech and/or venture capital highly preferred
  • Clear & concise communication style
  • Responsive nature and ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Kind, collaborative approach to working within an organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
  • Flexible personality, able to shift and adjust based on the situation
