Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting high-level executives in tech.
• C-Suite level experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate calendars and plan events across time zones.
• Manage complex calendars with diplomacy and discretion.
• Coordinate travel logistics and expense reports.
• Assist with onsite meals and office supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
