Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Data, Digital & AI Officer and senior leadership. You will manage complex calendars, plan meetings and travel, and handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of executive support experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to AI and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the Chief Data, Digital & AI Officer and senior leaders.
• Own complex calendars and manage meetings, travel, and expenses.
• Coordinate executive meetings from planning to follow-up, including minutes and action items.
• Collaborate with staff across teams to enable seamless leader support.
• Arrange travel, coordinate logistics, and manage related expenses.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, access, SharePoint, and comms channels for staff.
• Create executive-ready materials (presentations, reports, spreadsheets).
• Oversee vendor payments and department administration with accuracy.
• Lead or support team programs, events, and special projects.
