Qualifications

• Experience within a startup, AI-native, technology, or similarly fast-paced organization.
• Excellent calendar management and strategic prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner and extension of the CEO, translating priorities into action.
• Own and strategically manage a complex, evolving executive calendar.
• Anticipate conflicts and shifting needs to keep the CEO on track.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings, prioritizing commitments and maximizing impact.
• Operate as a gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders.
