We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of working in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day meeting coordination, facilitate communication, and help streamline executive workflow.

This position is in office 5 days a week in Paramus, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings and calls.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and edit communications, helping prepare presentations, speeches, emails, reports and internal memos.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks including filing and document management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives, law firm or professional series setting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Outlook, Teams, etc.

Compensation Range

90,000$100,000 USD

Benefits : Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
