Imprint is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to act as the CEO's right hand in a fast-growing fintech environment. Based in our New York City office, you will guard the CEO's time, coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones, and ensure every meeting and decision aligns with high-impact priorities.
You will lead board and investor meeting logistics, manage end-to-end travel, and serve as a trusted liaison across internal teams, partners, and investors.
10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years directly supporting a CEO or Founder at a high-growth technology or fintech company. You have supported an executive through a period of rapid scaling and understand what it takes to keep up with the paceHigh ownership mentality. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You take pride in running a tight operation and you hold yourself to an extremely high barComfort with ambiguity and changing priorities. In a company growing this fast, plans change constantly. You adapt quickly, reprioritize without drama, and keep everything moving forwardStrong written and verbal communication skills. You can draft emails, messages, and documents on behalf of the CEO that reflect the CEO’s voice and standardsImpeccable judgment and discretion. You manage complexity with ease and have a system for everything.
