Job Description

The Executive Assistant I - TDS provides highly skilled, confidential, and diversified administrative support to a senior executive, handling complex activities requiring discretion and judgment. This role interacts with all levels within the company and external organizations, managing highly confidential materials, and may supervise administrative staff. Responsibilities include coordinating high-level functions, preparing meeting materials, and managing sensitive information.

Depth & Scope
  • Provides high-level administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism
  • Manages multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines
  • Prepares and completes reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation accurately
  • Schedules meetings, manages calendars, and organizes logistics
  • Maintains proficiency with relevant software (MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.)
  • Responds to inquiries promptly and appropriately
  • Ensures confidentiality and exercises discretion in all matters
  • Prioritizes tasks, manages workflow, and communicates effectively
  • Identifies and suggests improvements to job functions
  • Participates as a team player and contributes to a positive environment
  • Supports the team by developing knowledge and reporting on project statuses
Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Exceptional clerical and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of division operations and terminology
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and presentation software
Physical Requirements
