Figma is seeking an Executive Assistant in Product to keep VPs and their pillars organized as we scale for growth. You will work directly with leaders to handle day-to-day administrative and operational needs, partnering with their teams and cross‑functionally within the Tech Org.

This full-time role can be held from US hubs (SF or NYC) or remotely in the United States, with PT hours. You’ll drive calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses, acting as a trusted partner to leaders and supporting

Formación

• 5+ years of executive support in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Affinity for AI and ability to build creative workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, trusted partner to leaders.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Advanced Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage VP calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses.
• Delegate for VP with expenses, PO approvals, and tooling per policy.
• Partner with operations to craft agendas and logistics for large meetings.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows around deliverables and rhythms.
• Be a strategic thought partner to the CPO's EA and VPs on design operations and planning.
• Drive outcomes for cross-functional projects and internal events.
• Build culture and connection across hubs and remote Figmates.
