Goodwin Recruiting in the San Antonio area is seeking an Executive Assistant / Executive Director of Operations to partner with ownership and lead cross-location operational initiatives. The role blends hands-on executive support with strategic operations, requiring confidentiality and independent work within a healthcare setting.

You’ll organize calendars, manage projects across five practices, address escalated concerns, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Healthcare administration, healthcare operations, or executive support experience within healthcare is REQUIRED.
• Experience supporting a CEO, owner, or senior executive is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills, sound business judgment, and ability to handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Organize calendars, meetings, and executive correspondence; manage follow-ups.
• Coordinate projects across five practices and track deadlines.
• Address escalated concerns and facilitate inter-team communication.
• Monitor HIPAA, OSHA, training, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, job ads, interviews, and HR matters.
• Coordinate purchasing, repairs, and vendor/service provider relations.
• Interface with CPAs and outside advisers for financial information.
• Learn Dentrix Ascend and leverage digital tools to streamline processes.
