The Senior Product Manager, Electrophysiology, is responsible for developing and executing market-driven portfolio strategies that support sustainable business growth, customer value and innovation within image-guided therapy. The role translates customer needs, clinical trends and market insights into differentiated value propositions, portfolio recommendations and commercial programs. Working across global and regional teams, the Senior Product Manager provides subject-matter expertise, leads cross-functional initiatives and supports the successful development, launch and lifecycle management of solutions for electrophysiology customers.

You're an excellent communicator with strong presentation, stakeholder‑management, and influencing skills, fully comfortable making recommendations under uncertainty. You bring experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in global, matrixed organizations, while effectively managing competing priorities. You are open to traveling to customers, clinical sites, industry events, and company locations as needed.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $140,000 to $223,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives, may be offered.
