The Walt Disney Company seeks an Executive Assistant to support an SVP within Main Street, Disney’s global creative agency. You will manage a complex calendar, coordinate travel, draft senior communications, and ensure smooth information flow across a large, distributed team.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fast-paced environments, strong writing, and exceptional organizational skills. Proactive, discreet, and curious, you will enable senior leadership to operate at scale.
Main Street is The Walt Disney Company’s first company-wide creative agency, bringing together marketing talent from across Disney’s businesses — entertainment, sports, experiences, consumer products, and more — into a single agency model designed to unlock the studio’s collective creativity through collaboration, shared purpose, and a unified approach to storytelling and brand expression.
Within Main Street, the Creative Operations organization provides the operational backbone that makes ambitious creative work possible. The SVP, Creative Operations leads a large team spanning project management, post production, finishing, traffic, media workflow, and data operations.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is curious about how it all works, energized by scale and complexity, and ready to use this role as a launching pad. If you want to understand how a large creative organization operates from the inside — and you’re ready to earn that access by being indispensable — this role is for you.
