The Executive Assistant will perform administrative support for Textron internal legal counsel and staff at Textron’s World Headquarters in Providence, Rhode Island.Qualified candidates will be proactive, service-oriented, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.The successful candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize projects and workload efficiently so that assignments are completed accurately and in a timely fashion with limited supervision.Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work directly with vendors to perform duties such as organizing and scheduling travel, arranging training sessions, and resolving issues with invoices, etc.
