Job summary

Conductor Quantum in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a high-ownership operations leader to run the New Mexico site and keep the founders focused on the hardest problems. You will manage the office, the lab workspace, vendor relationships, and travel logistics with a calm, process-driven approach.

You will own procurement workflows, filings, and recruiting coordination while coordinating visits from customers and partners. This is a hands-on startup role in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Executive support: Own the founders' calendars, travel, and priorities; prepare agendas and materials; track action items and commitments; guard time that matters.
• Lab and office operations: Run Albuquerque office and engineering workspace; receive, track and organize equipment; keep space stocked, safe, and ready for work.
• Procurement and vendor management: Own purchasing workflows end to end; manage supplier relationships, order tracking, and logistics; handle NDAs, contracts, and onboarding documents.
• Compliance and reporting: Gather documentation, track deadlines, and prepare submissions; keep registrations and filings current; maintain clean records for audits.
• Recruiting and people coordination: Run interview scheduling and onboarding; coordinate visits; represent Conductor at ecosystem events in NM.
