  • Provide direct, senior-level administrative support to the MSIM CFO (Managing Director) and the broader IM Finance Leadership team.

  • Own complex calendar and meeting management across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and protecting leadership priorities.

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements and process expenses accurately and on time in line with Firm policy.

  • Coordinate senior governance forums and leadership offsites, including logistics, materials, agendas, and follow-ups.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients of all levels.

  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and time-sensitive matters.

  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong relationship-management and problem-solving abilities.
