Wynn Resorts is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide strong and dedicated administrative support to Senior Executives of Design and Development by enabling the seamless execution of their strategic initiatives through comprehensive coordination and refined management of complex responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate clear and concise communication acumen, exquisite attention to detail, and the sophisticated capability to orchestrate multiple priorities across a diverse executive portfolio. This role requires a consummate professional who can anticipate the nuanced needs of senior executives and deliver elevated support to ensure the distinguished operation of the Design and Development division.

This position demands a comprehensive understanding of Wynn's Design and Development distinguished portfolio of design work, advanced methodologies, sophisticated tools, design principles, and rich institutional heritage.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives by orchestrating calendars with precision, coordinating sophisticated meetings, and arranging seamless travel experiences.
  • Curate and oversee staffing calendars, expense reports, travel requests, and timesheets for the division with meticulous accuracy.
  • Prepare and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional precision, refined attention to detail, and sophisticated organizational competency.
  • Conduct strategic research and compile comprehensive information for distinguished projects and high-impact initiatives.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of elevated company events and refined meetings related to the design and development division.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and sensitive information with unwavering discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a refined liaison with esteemed clients, distinguished vendors, and key stakeholders on behalf of the executive-level of Design and Development.
  • Oversee the recruitment process with sophistication, including pre-review of distinguished candidates and facilitation of refined first-day experiences for all new hires in the division.
  • Champion the creation of requests for proposals, change orders, and additional service requests in collaboration with all Senior Executives.
  • Orchestrate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with refined judgment and strategic acumen.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Senior Executives and advance business operations with excellence and precision

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated excellence as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-suite executives, preferably within the luxury interior design sector or comparable high-end large enterprise environment
  • Executive-caliber written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent leadership with sophistication and precision
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and professional productivity platforms
  • Experience supporting international and domestic operations across multiple time zones
  • Exceptional organizational acumen and sophisticated time management capabilities
  • Ability to operate with autonomy while seamlessly collaborating within a distinguished team environment
