The Executive Assistant II serves as a trusted partner to the Vice President for Administration and Finance, providing high-level executive and administrative support essential to the division's effective operation. This role manages complex schedules, coordinates meetings and communications, prepares professional correspondence and reports, maintains highly confidential records, and serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and the public. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment and discretion, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the College’s mission.
