You will screen calls, coordinate insurance, manage back-office operations, develop SOPs, and build KPI dashboards. Strong English communication, autonomy, and comfort with AI tools are required.

Qualifications

• High initiative and ownership of delegated tasks with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Executive Time Recovery: offload recurring admin tasks from the CEO.
• Lead screening and phone management for high-value calls.
• Coordinate insurance and field communications regarding estimates.
• Create SOPs and document systems for scalable operations.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards for sales and operations.
• Leverage AI to automate reviews and back-office workflows.
