The Executive Assistant for Football provides high-level executive and administrative support and serves as a key operational resource within the Football program. The position manages complex scheduling, correspondence, meetings, travel coordination, records, budgeting, communications, and confidential administrative matters while ensuring the Football staff are positioned to operate efficiently in a highly competitive environment.
The position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile collegiate athletics environment. Will regularly interact with senior university administrators, coaches, student-athletes, parents and families, donors, alumni, recruits and their families, agents, vendors, conference and NCAA representatives, and other internal and external stakeholders. This position will report to the Chief of Staff for Football.
