United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Vice President of Clinical Services. Reporting directly to the VP, this role plays a critical part in supporting the leadership and operations of the Clinical Services division.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing a wide range of complex, highly confidential administrative tasks and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while effectively managing executive communications.
This individual will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion, along with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in budget coordination and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. A commitment to operational excellence, integrity, and collaboration across the organization is key, as well as the ability to consistently reflect and support UHS Core Values.
