Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experienced Office Operations Supervisor at UHS Primary Care Robinson Street in New York. The role manages provider, patient, and staff scheduling and coordinates meetings to keep operations running smoothly.

The position requires 3+ years in medical offices with supervisory experience, and a High School diploma or higher. It involves regulatory adherence, expense and quality reporting, and ensuring CLIA Waived Lab standards where applicable.

• Three years medical office experience and one year supervisory experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors monthly department expense, revenue, RVU, patient satisfaction, and quality reports.

Position Overview

Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate.

Primary Work Shift: Day

Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Compensation Range: $25.27 - $37.90 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Graduate or equivalent
• Three (3) years relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role
• OR
• Associate or Bachelors Degree
