Job description

Job Description - Executive Assistant (0033212)

Location: United States (Remote)

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing proactive, well-organized, and timely senior administrative support and executive representation to internal and external stakeholders.

  1. Manage, coordinate, and maintain an up-to-date and accurate executive calendar, including monitoring key dates, deliverables, and accountabilities.
  2. Execute all general administrative duties (e.g., business travel, expense submission, email monitoring) seamlessly.
  3. Plan and coordinate key executive and department events.
  4. Assist in developing and proofreading executive correspondence and presentations.
  5. Provide exceptional service through quality work and positive communication with all external stakeholders.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure process efficiency.
  7. Engage with stakeholders in a manner that demonstrates deep knowledge of the world of work, building the brand and increasing the share of voice.
  8. PowerPoint Skills: Ability to create polished, visually appealing decks for monthly, quarterly, and town hall presentations.
  9. Reporting & Analytics: Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office.
  10. CRM Experience: Bullhorn experience is a plus.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience supporting senior business leaders and exposure to staffing and contingent workforce industries.
