OVERVIEW
EdgeCase Capital Partners is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This remote role is ideal for someone based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Miami who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a foundational understanding of the venture capital ecosystem. Additionally, this person should have a can-do attitude and a “can be anywhere, anytime” mindset.
You will act as a critical partner to our executive team, managing logistics, communication, and coordination across our internal operations and external relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across time zones
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with day-to-day operational needs
Communication & Coordination
• Liaise with portfolio companies, founders, and investors
• Draft internal communications and support external messaging
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and events across multiple stakeholders
• Act as a point of contact for general inquiries
Operational Assistance
• Support data entry and basic research for investment materials
• Help prepare and maintain documents such as investor updates and pitch decks
• Track follow-ups and deadlines across team initiatives
• Assist with basic project and task management
Process & Organization
• Maintain digital filing systems and databases
• Support adoption and maintenance of internal tools
• Create templates for recurring workflows and documentation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 1 - 3 years in an executive assistant or administrative support role
• Based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Miami
• Familiarity with venture capital, startups, or high-growth companies
• Experience working in a remote-first environment
