Qualifications

  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, expenses, and logistics for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda development, preparation of materials, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up.
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence, and stakeholder outreach on behalf of leadership.
  • Serve as a central information hub for the leadership team, maintaining key contacts, meeting materials, reports, documents, and organizational knowledge.
  • Consolidate information and updates from multiple leaders into clear summaries and executive-ready materials.
  • Coordinate invitations, registrations, catering, hotel blocks, and logistics for meetings, conferences, retreats, and leadership events.
  • Anticipate leadership needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure executives are prepared and organized.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

THE RUNDOWN

Playfly Sports Properties is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide shared support to senior leaders across the organization. This role serves as a trusted partner to the leadership team, helping drive efficiency through executive support, calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, communications, information management, and follow-through.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination for leadership activities, ensuring executives are prepared, informed, and positioned for success.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, expenses, and logistics for senior leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or related executive support experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and executive communications.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and other business productivity tools.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
COMPENSATION

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The base pay range for this role is:

$75,000—$85,000 USD
