Summary:

This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
  • Acts as the point of contact among management, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for CEO.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of CEO, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by CEO.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
