An exciting, newly established boutique private equity firm in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a polished, proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join its growing team.
Founded by highly accomplished private markets professionals, the firm brings together an experienced investment team with an entrepreneurial, modern approach to private equity investing. The culture is collaborative, intellectually driven and fast-moving, with a strong emphasis on technology and building an institutional-quality platform from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to join the firm during an exciting stage of growth and become an integral member of a lean, high-caliber team. The EA will be supporting several senior executives while also providing lighter support across the broader investment team.
This is not a purely traditional EA position. The role is approximately 65% executive support, 30% special projects/business support and 5% office coordination, offering meaningful exposure to the broader workings of the firm.
We’re looking for someone who is upbeat, polished, personable and proactive and genuinely enjoys being part of a close-knit team. This person should be comfortable interacting with senior executives and clients while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
Midtown Manhattan – 5 days/week in office
Hours: Approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with limited overtime expected
Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 base + bonus
