This role supports calendar and scheduling coordination, action and suspense tracking, document management, executive-level materials, and the timely routing of recurring reports and program deliverables. The Executive Assistant also supports the planning and execution of Government events, workshops, program reviews, training activities, and other engagements, including venue coordination, registration, attendee tracking, scheduling, and on-site administrative support. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting Federal programs, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while handling sensitive information in a Government headquarters environment.Responsibilities:Support general administrative activities that include calendar and scheduling coordination, rosters and contract lists, timely routing of recurring documents / reporting packages, organizing program records and other duties assigned.Maintain action and taskers along with suspense dates ensuring they are updated on a timely basis enabling TSA to take appropriate actions.Support documentation management processes that include maintaining document repositories and version control.Support event planning that includes coordination and logistical execution for Government direct hiring events, workshops, program reviews, training support events or other CUAS – related events.Supporting venue coordination, attendee tracking, registration support, document processing, scheduling coordination, and on-site administrative support.Experience supporting Federal programs from an administrative function.Strong written and verbal skills.Ability to manage tasks deadlines and stakeholders.Experience developing briefings, reports, trackers, spreadsheets, and executive-level materials.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Ability to work with sensitive but unclassified information in accordance with applicable requirements.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a Government HQ environment.Ability to prepare high-quality draft products for Government review and approval.Experience with event planning.EEO Employer:RELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
