You Have
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant and/or office manager, preferably at a fast‑growing startup or other high‑intensity professional environment.
- Openness to supporting the CEO in office Monday–Friday and being on call when needed.
- Proven track record of managing multiple high‑priority tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
- Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs.
- Strong aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software.
You Will
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high‑stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
- Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency.
- Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication.
- Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
- Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines.
