  • Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional emails, correspondence, memos, reports, and other communications.
  • Screen and appropriately route incoming communications.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Meeting Coordination:
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Attend meetings as needed, capture minutes and action items, and assist with follow-up.
  • Track outstanding items and help ensure commitments and deadlines stay on schedule.
Travel & Logistics:
  • Coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and related arrangements.
  • Manage changes to travel plans and schedules as needed.
  • Assist with expense reporting and travel-related documentation.
  • Executive & Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized executive files, records, reports, and confidential documentation.
  • Support special projects and executive initiatives as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, leadership, vendors, and external business partners.
  • Anticipate needs, identify priorities, and help ensure day-to-day executive operations run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience supporting a CEO, President, C‑Suite executive, or senior executive leader.
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate executive needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Professional, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
