TOGETHXR is looking for an Executive Assistant in Philadelphia to support an executive's daily operations and various teams. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, where managing shifting priorities and complex calendars is essential.
Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, handling domestic and international travel, and coordinating company events. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, be resourceful, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

FP Movement is looking for an Executive Assistant to support an executive with their day to day and support some of the teams around them. A strong foundation in executive support, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage constantly shifting priorities and calendars is required. The individual must have a self-directed, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage their time and prioritize assignments efficiently.
A variety of administrative duties will be performed specifically: organizing multiple complex calendars and prioritizing conflicts throughout the day, planning travel (domestic and international), processing expenses, managing meeting rooms, working with outside vendors and maintaining confidential information.
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings.
Plan travel (domestic & international flights, hotels, and car transportation).
Process expenses and ensure appropriate spending and allocation based on the most recent URBN Travel and Expense Policy.
Prepare, edit, and review PowerPoint slide decks.
Coordinate and support Brand meetings with other Executive Assistants, Building Administrator, Catering team, and Navy Yard Operations team for events. (all company meetings, special presentations etc)
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Be resourceful in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to allow executives to focus the day on their strategic priorities.
Help manage the building (coordinate building problems and needs with facilities team, schedule labor, etc.)
1-3 years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience
