Job summary

URBN is seeking a Temporary Supply Chain Administrator to support daily data management for shipping milestones in Philadelphia. The role focuses on entering data from Excel reports into our BI analytics platform (Qlik) and ensuring timely availability and accuracy of information.

You will escalate missing data, coordinate with management or freight forwarders, and monitor inbound parcel activity to authorize shipments in compliance with routing guides.

Role Summary

URBN is looking for a Temporary Supply Chain Administrator to support the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks such as the following:

• Pull information from existing reports (Excel format) and enter into daily file for upload to our BI/data analytics platform (Qlik)
  • Data will be comprised of domestic shipping milestones (dates)
• Ensure all data is available and accurate on a daily basis
  • If data is missing, escalation to manager or reach out to forwarders to obtain the missing information
• Monitor inbound parcel inboxes daily and provide shipment authorization to vendors based on meeting routing guide and compliance requirements
• Other duties as assigned
