OSF HealthCare seeks an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader, manage the executive calendar, arrange travel, and coordinate high-level meetings and events with precision.
You will prepare board-facing documents, reports, and presentations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong MS Office skills and proactive communication are essential to succeed in this onsite role.

Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to an OSF executive leader. Maintains the executive leader(s) calendar, schedules appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts and makes travel arrangements. Plans and arranges high-level meetings and events. Prepares correspondence and reports for Board and Cabinet members. Provides general clerical support such record keeping, answering/routing calls, writing documents and creating presentations. Manages projects as assigned. Maintains own work load independently. Demonstrates a high level of competence and professionalism including excellent written and verbal communication skills. At times, works as a proxy for the executive leader.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Three years of secretary and/or administrative experience.
Education: Associates degree
Experience: Working knowledge of MS Project and OneNote
Licensure/Certification: Office Professional Certification
