About the role:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO. This role will also provide calendar support for 1-2 other executives. This role will report to the CEO, and is required to be in person in New York City on Monday-Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
What you will do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other internal / external stakeholders, prioritize meetings, and prepare correspondence
- Assist in planning and execution of strategic projects, as well as other administrative tasks (e.g. within Garner's office) as needed
- Complete personal tasks for the CEO (e.g. home management tasks, planning events, and other special projects)
- Manage the calendars of 1-2 additional senior executives
What you will bring to the team:
- Previous executive and personal assistant experience, preferably at a fast-moving startup
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented organization systems and effective prioritization abilities
- An ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward
- A desire and ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving startup environment
- Strong personal drive to learn and grow as a professional and contribute to the company's mission
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
