What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate Managing Directors' calendars efficiently using Outlook

- Prepare and submit expense reports for Managing Directors in a timely manner
- Assist with client invoice processes and maintain accurate financial tracking
- Plan, coordinate, and attend internal and client-facing events as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in Business Operations, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and confidentiality
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
