  • Assuming responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing projects with minimal guidance, often coordinating schedules for senior leadership participants.
  • Acting as an informed deputy and interacting with clients and key stakeholders to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Collaborating with Executive Assistant Managers and department members to ensure smooth workflow, timely actions, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Organizing and maintaining client and internal files using the firm’s authorized system, providing backup coverage as needed, and coordinating events for internal and external initiatives.
  • Preparing and submitting timesheets and expenses in accordance with deadlines, managing and monitoring client accounting statements and invoices upon request, and handling miscellaneous tasks such as printing, copying, mailing, and other duties as assigned.
Your Growth

You thrive in a high‑performance environment and bring a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

In return, we provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities to broaden your expertise, grow into a well‑rounded professional, and contribute to meaningful work.

When you join us, you will have:

  • Continuous learning: Structured programs, clear feedback, fast‑paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: Your ideas and contributions are valued and trusted to impact outcomes while upholding ethics and integrity.
  • Global community: Colleagues across 65+ countries, 100+ nationalities, diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: Competitive salary, medical, dental, mental health, and vision coverage for you, spouse/partner, and children.

  • Computer literate; strong email and calendaring skills.
  • Excellent judgment and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; build relationships within firm and with client executives.
  • Ability to expand role beyond responsive support to proactive contributions and ownership of administrative tasks; work independently.
