Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place.
You will serve as the strategic leader for the Executive Assistant (EA) function across our offices in New York, Boston, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Based in our New York office, your role involves overseeing a regional organization of over 120 EAs and leading a direct team of six EA Managers.
You will collaborate with the Regional Leader and Office Managing Partners to proactively assess administrative needs, balance resources, and align the EA operating model with regional priorities. You will build ongoing rapport with your EA Managers, regional leadership, our Talent and Recruiting teams, and peer Regional Managers. You will act as an informed representative for the EA community to senior leadership, ensuring their contributions are recognized and their well‑being is prioritized.
Your responsibilities will include providing direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to EA Managers. You will empower them to lead their local teams effectively, handle complex personnel issues, and act as strong leaders within their respective offices while modeling a culture of servant leadership.
Additional duties include driving continuous improvement in administrative workflows, identifying and simplifying complex processes, and leveraging new technologies to enhance the efficiency and impact of the EA function. You will also assume responsibility for establishing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics and service‑level agreements for the region.
These initiatives often involve using data‑driven insights to evaluate support quality, anticipate workload spikes, and dynamically reallocate resources across offices. Acting as a trusted thought partner, you will navigate the balance between standardizing core processes across the region for scale and efficiency, while respecting the nuances of individual offices.
Collaboration with the North American Director of Administration and peer Regional Managers is essential to ensure the region adheres to global standards, cross‑regional synergies are driven, and the "Way We Work" principles are harmonized across North America.
Your work also includes overseeing the regional EA talent strategy, setting standards for recruiting, streamlining the onboarding experience, and ensuring robust performance management. You will coordinate and champion continuous learning within the EA community, ensuring EAs are upskilled in critical firm tools and soft skills.
You will also foster a highly engaged, collaborative, and inclusive environment, facilitating cross‑office networking and best‑practice sharing, and coordinating community events to break down office silos and build a strong sense of shared purpose.
You are someone who thrives in a high‑performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well‑rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
