Job summary

Storyful is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to the Chief of Staff to the CEO in our Midtown Manhattan office. The role demands strong organization, discretion, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

You will manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate travel, process expenses, prepare meeting agendas, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires five days in the office with limited travel.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in a global organization.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings across time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate time effectively between executives.
  • Assist with presentation creation, report formatting, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and organize documents, files, and business records.
  • Coordinate team events, offsites, and meetings (virtual or in‑person).
  • Support onboarding of new team members or vendors.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief of Staff to the CEO. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates initiative and good judgment. Compensation

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00
