Executive Assistant to Regional GM – Americas

Location: Los Angeles or New York

Language Requirement: Mandarin & English (Spanish a plus)

Full-time | On-site preferred

A fast-growing global beverage brand is expanding rapidly across the Americas and seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Regional General Manager.

What You'll Do:

Schedule Management: Coordinate the GM's calendar, including meetings, travel, and events.

Communication Bridge: Liaise between the GM and regional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, clear communication.

Bilingual Documentation: Draft, edit, and translate business documents (reports, emails, contracts) between English and Mandarin.

Meeting Support: Organize and attend key meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Project Coordination: Assist in tracking and pushing forward strategic projects across the Americas.

Cross-cultural Facilitation: Help navigate communication across diverse teams and cultural contexts.

Executive Support: Handle travel logistics, event planning, and other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Mandarin and English is a must; Spanish is a bonus.

Business Communication: Ability to translate and draft high-quality business materials (presentations, contracts, internal docs).

Professionalism: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information.

Cultural Competence: Familiarity with U.S. business practices and a global mindset; prior experience supporting Chinese leadership is a strong plus.

Adaptability: Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing organization.
