Foley Mansfield is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of our busiest California trial attorneys. You will help keep legal work, travel, and client meetings organized and running smoothly, serving as a trusted right hand and contributing to firm leadership exposure.
Responsibilities include drafting documents, time entry, client/files setup, expense reports, and travel coordination, with collaboration across departments to meet deadlines.

As Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted right hand to one of our busiest CA trial attorneys, helping keep both the legal work and their travel and client meetings well organized and running smoothly. This role offers meaningful exposure to firm leadership and a wide range of responsibilities that make every day a little different.
A proactive, adaptable professional who brings strong writing and organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm, collaborative approach. Prior legal administrative or executive support experience is required.
