A leading global entertainment agency seeks an Executive Assistant in Los Angeles. This full-time position involves providing high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and supporting communications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in entertainment publicity, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
UTA seeks an Executive Assistant in our Los Angeles office to provide administrative support to a high-level Communications Executive and will include team support. In this administrative role, the candidate will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks including management of heavy scheduling, travel, expenses and frequent coordination with internal departments, external clients and executives.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $27.00 to $33.00 per hour.
