The Tim Tebow Foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President, ensuring strategic calendar management, proactive obstacle removal, and efficient travel planning. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a commitment to the mission.

You will translate the President's vision into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and maintain confidential stakeholder relationships with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or organizational leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex priorities, coordinating projects, and driving execution with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written communication for professional correspondence, presentations, and executive materials.
  • Strong executive presence with senior leaders, donors, ministry partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive with ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment in dynamic situations.

  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and confidentiality when handling information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and modern productivity technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President's calendar strategically, protecting time for leadership, decision-making, relationship building, and personal sustainability.
  • Anticipate upcoming priorities and proactively remove obstacles before they become distractions.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, briefing documents, and decision support resources for effective leadership.
  • Track commitments, action items, and follow-up to ensure priorities move forward.
  • Support travel planning, scheduling, and logistics with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Translate ideas and commitments into actionable plans, coordinating next steps and ensuring initiatives move to completion.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives by tracking milestones and risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects on behalf of the President, keeping leaders aligned.
  • Keep the President informed of emerging priorities and opportunities requiring executive attention.
  • Serve as the President's second brain by maintaining organizational awareness and closing the loop on initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with key donors, ministry partners, board members, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Help steward relationships with timely communication, preparation, and follow-through.
  • Reflect Tim Tebow Foundation's values and maintain professionalism and discretion.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment and organizational clarity.

Executive Effectiveness


  • Manage the President's calendar strategically, protecting time for leadership, decision-making, relationship building, and personal sustainability.

  • Serve as the President's trusted operational partner by tracking commitments, action items, and follow-up to ensure priorities continue moving forward.

  • Translate the President's ideas, vision, and commitments into actionable plans, coordinating next steps and ensuring initiatives move from concept to completion.

  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects on behalf of the President, ensuring leaders remain aligned and informed.

  • Keep the President aware of emerging priorities, potential obstacles, and opportunities requiring executive attention.

  • Serve as the President's "second brain" by maintaining organizational awareness, remembering key commitments, and helping close the loop on important initiatives.


Relationship Stewardship


  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with key donors, ministry partners, board members, business leaders, and strategic stakeholders.

  • Help steward important relationships by ensuring timely communication, thoughtful preparation, and meaningful follow-through.

  • Exercise exceptional professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when representing the President internally and externally.

  • Support the President in cultivating relationships that advance the mission and strengthen the Foundation's influence.


Organizational Alignment


  • Partner closely with senior leaders to ensure priorities remain aligned, communication is clear, and organizational commitments stay on track.

  • Foster collaboration across departments by connecting people, information, and initiatives that strengthen execution.

  • Communicate updates, meeting outcomes, and action items that promote organizational clarity and accountability.

  • Recognize opportunities to improve coordination, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and increase organizational effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain systems that improve executive workflows, organization, documentation, and follow-through.
